Archers Lacrosse

The Premier Lacrosse League is creating a new season in the winter. This is Lacrosse Sixes, played like in the Olympics these teams will be competing with only six players at a time. This new winter league will be like basketball where after a goal the goalie takes it out of the net and the game continues. It will be a fast paced indoor tournament with no LONG POLES, just like box lacrosse. The most exciting and electric offense in the PLL is sure to some some amazing goals. Adam Ghitelman scored a full field goal with the opposing teams goalie not in net.  Archers Championship Series The top four teams from the Pll 2022 season are the Whipsnakes, Chrome, Archers, and Atlas. These four teams qualified for the brand new Pll championship series that consists of 9 games in 1 week. 6 games then semi finals and finals for a championship. The game will be played like lacrosse in the Olympics, 6 vs 6 indoor games.  The Archers Chances of Winning In any given lacrosse game anyone can win, especially at a professional level. Every regular season has been different in the PLL. What this means for the Archers is that there is a 25% chance of winning it all. The championship series has a shorter roster, faster shot clock, and shots that go out of bounds automatically go to the opposing team. Archers have some of the best shooters and two way players in the world and they will shine in this series.  Next Generation of Archers Talent The rookie class of 2022 for the Archers Lacrosse Club might not have had the rookie of the year.  However they did have perfect pieces for their club and system. The number four pick in the 2022 draft the Archers selected Matt Moore from Virginia. Moore is a midfielder who racked up a very impressive rookie campaign earning himself 20 points, 15 goal and 5 assists in 10 regular season games. Averaging two points a game as a midfielder is no easy feat especially playing against some of the best defenders in the world. From his spectacular regular season he earned himself consistent playing time in the playoffs. Archers Lacrosse Club One of the most electric offenses in lacrosse history, the Archers Lacrosse Club has been constructed with one of the best midfielders of all time Tom Schreiber  and two top ten all time scoring with Will Manny and Marcus Holman. This has led them to a top three offensive team in three of four years since the start of the Premier Lacrosse League. With this last season during the 2022 season with the best offensive rating with most goals and assists in the whole league.  The Premier Lacrosse League was founded in 2019 with 6 teams. Since then 2 more teams were added in an expansion draft when the other lacrosse league (Major League Lacrosse) was disbanded.
